mitsukis personality is pretty much a mix between sai and a character from the anime "kamisama kiss" who is called mizuki. funnily enough the mizuki from kamisama kiss is a snake spirit who also looks a bit similiar to the mitsuki from brouto lol

if you read the latest chapter you will find out that momoshiki revived him infusing his dna into boruto giving him the abilitty to use momoshikis power without the risk of momoshiki taking over boruto

actually the risk still exists there's just no reason for it to happen anymore because momoshikis plan has already been completely destroyed and he's just desperately clinging to life but will die the moment boruto dies and boruto is more than ready to off himself when momoshiki goes out of control so momoshiki taking over would be the dumbest move ever lol

the things you complain about have been a key element of the naruto franchise since the og classic naruto anime where naruto was still a 12y/o kid... like holy F there's been naruto animes for 20 years now and somehow people still havent noticed that talk-no-jutsu and fillers having fillers are just part of the naruto experience.

in naruto the filler started after sasuke left the visage clown.
that mean u could skip all the fillers in naruto without mixing the main story with fillers

there have been fillers even before then, tho they were more subtle about those. in naruto shippuden the non manga to manga adaptation ratio however was not only similar to boruto but we even had those dreadful mid battle fillers that messed up the timeline drastically. in boruto the non manga episodes are at least anime canon which means that they'll a) be relevant later on and b) don't mess with the timeline. honestly the fillers in shippuden were so awful for the most part that it blows my mind how people who managed to finish shippuden actually get annoyed with the boruto anime canon. like i've read the entire naruto manga multiple times but was never able to finish shippuden because the fillers were so bad and unbearable they forced me to stop watching shippuden a couple years before the manga ended. meanwhile the anime canon "fillers" in boruto are really decent, so much so that if i didn't know better it might've been possible to mistake them for "manga canon".

Why tf would they give "best fights" every episodes?? We literally has team 7 vs boro,Boruto vs Ao,Naruto vs Delta,jigen vs Narusuke and Isshiki vs the 4! Then we had houki vs inojin and Sarada vs Chocho! Sure the second chunin exam as a whole was meaningless but those two flights were really good! And it hasn't even been 100 episodes since and it's a weekly anime,no WEEKLY anime gives "good fights" EVERY episodes
